  1. First chat

    We sit down to understand what you want, your section, and your budget.

  2. Site visit

    Trent visits the site to see what’s possible, sun, slope, neighbours, the lot.

  3. Concept sketch

    First round of plans. Layout, flow, feel.

  4. Refinement

    We tweak based on your feedback until it’s right.

  1. Detailed pricing presented

    Plans, specs, and pricing all laid out, no surprises.

  2. Plans finalised and consents lodged

    Council consents handled in-house.

  3. Building contract signed

    Everything in writing. Timeline locked in.

  1. Site prep + foundations

    We prep the section and pour the foundations.

  2. Frame, roof, cladding

    The home takes shape. Closed in and weather-tight.

  3. Interior fit-out

    Joinery, plumbing, electrical, every detail considered.

  4. Final finishes

    Paint, tiling, kitchens, bathrooms. The home comes together.

  1. Final walkthrough

    We walk through the home together, top to bottom.

  2. Sign-off

    Code of compliance issued.

  3. Keys handed over

    The home is yours.

  4. 12-month follow-up

    We check in a year on. We don’t disappear after handover.
